I’m Cassie, Personal Trainer, Perimenopause to Post Menopause Coach and founder of Thrive Over 45.
I’ve worked in the fitness industry as a personal trainer for over 20 years, and for the past 15 years I’ve owned and operated my own gym, coaching women every day through the changes that come with midlife and beyond.
Two years ago, I began my own perimenopause journey and despite my background in fitness and health, it quickly became a maze of conflicting advice and frustration. Suddenly, the strategies that had always worked no longer did, and I found myself searching for answers - just like so many of the women I work with today.
That experience made me even more passionate about helping women navigate this transition with clarity, strength, and the right support.
I now combine my real-world coaching experience with the latest science around hormones, sleep, stress, nutrition, and movement, to help you take back control of your body and your health.
